Everun’s Asset Management Service has been specifically created to support owners and managers with the day to day management of their wind turbine generator (WTG) projects. Our professional Asset Management Team manages in excess of 100 assets across various portfolios.

Recognising that one size rarely fits all with Asset Management, we provide bespoke solutions to match the needs of each individual client.

Asset Management services include:

 

  • Service Contact Management

Management of contractual arrangements and compliance with Service Agreements, Contractor liaison, management of reporting as well as fault management.

  • Overall Site Management

Management of remedial works following inspections of when site issues arise. Biannual inspections provided, offering findings and recommendations.

  • Site Statutory Compliance

Management of statutory inspections, reporting on outcome and providing recommendations on remedial actions.  Management of rectification works provided. 

  • Ofgem Management

Management of the Accreditation Process, where still applicable, data submissions, ROC processing, query handling, annual audit management, annual data validation management, Repowering Accreditation amendments.

  • Performance Analysis & Reporting 

Detailed analysis of Asset performance to ensure operational efficiency, maximising performance and output.

Operations and Maintenance Services

Everun currently provides Operations & Wind Turbine Maintenance services to over 165 wind turbine assets across Ireland including wind farms situated north and south of the border. Our highly skilled field engineering teams operate throughout Northern Ireland and have extensive experience across multiple turbine models and manufacturers.

All managed turbines are monitored via our 24 hour Operations Centre. This enables remote fault diagnosis & problem resolution and facilitates rapid deployment of our field-engineering team, as and when needed.

 

  • We have developed over 70 single sites across Northern Ireland since 2010.
  • 99% availability across wind farms.
  • 300+ services completed last year, with a 24/7 Control Centre to manage faults should they arise.

Repowering Greenhall Highway and Waterside

In February 2015 Everun installed a Nordex N29 on a 40m tower at the Carrick Road site. The turbine’s capacity was 250kW and the team later refurbished a second hand Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) which was originally commissioned in Germany in 1994.
