The Everun Group is delighted to announce the launch of it’s new business offering Electric Vehicle charging solutions to EV owners and businesses who need to offer EV charging throughout Northern Ireland.
Everun is offering EV charger installations all over the Province, using their OZEV accredited Engineering team.
Partnerships have been established with major EV charger suppliers such as Wallbox, Andersen, Project EV and Ohme which allows the team to offer a wide range of EV charging solutions to EV owners who need to charge up at home, to businesses who would like to offer charging to employees and customers and to Retailers who want to offer a better experience to their shoppers and visitors.
It’s predicted that by 2030 there will be 400,000 Electric Vehicles or EVs on the roads here in Northern Ireland and with the ban on new cars and vans that operate on fuel from 2030, we need a charging infrastructure in place to deal with the rising demand for EVs.
Michael Thompson, MD of Everun said: “With 10 years experience in renewable energy generation, moving into delivery systems such as Electric Vehicle charging is a natural opportunity for us to use our existing engineering capabilities in a new way. We’re delighted to have attained OZEV accreditation for our service and with EV registrations growing rapidly, access to a diverse charging network will be critical to meeting targets for renewable energy use and reduction in carbon emissions”
The Office of Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV) is offering homes and businesses in NI the opportunity to avail of grants if an accredited installer is used.
